Are you struggling with emotional issues that are getting in the way of your enjoyment of life and fed up with trying to do it alone? Or, haven't found someone you trust to help you? With compassion, focus and humor, I work with you to create the positive changes you have been seeking. My practice encompasses men and women and couples. I work with people with anxiety, depression, relationship and work related issues, eating disorders and addictive disorders. I use a combination of techniques tailored to your needs so that you can better appreciate yourself for who you are and what you can achieve.
